Shaping The Santa

When you go to shape the Santa aim for clean lines so that you can fully see the shape of the face, hat, etc. This will help tremendously in the presentation value.

Fresh Ingredients

Aim to use fresh ingredients that way you ensure you are serving up quality ingredients. Customize and assemble when you are ready for serving. If you want to make it ahead of time then cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Board Or Tray

Reach for a board or serving tray that is large enough to fit all the items. You can use any type of board you would like. I used a wooden board but you can reach for a marble or slate serving tray.
