Just listened to an insightful conversation that highlighted the potential of this unique amalgamation of Scaler School of Technology and Scaler School Of Business via their Innovation Lab in fostering a new generation of tech-savvy business leaders. The Innovation Lab serves as a shared space for students from both schools to collaborate and work on real-world projects, bridging the gap between technical and business education. This hands-on experience equips students with the skills needed to thrive in today's rapidly evolving business landscape. What's more, this concept is reminiscent of the Y Combinator model, which brings together talented individuals from diverse backgrounds to work on innovative ideas and create successful startups. The Innovation Lab has the potential to incubate groundbreaking ideas and nurture the next generation of tech entrepreneurs.I firmly believe that such initiatives are essential in today's world, where technology and business are increasingly intertwined. I am thrilled to see the impact that the Innovation Lab will have on the future of business and technology.Link - https://lnkd.in/e9TbzTXZ#InnovationLab #SST #SSB #TechEducation #BusinessEducation #YCombinatorSpecial tags - Varun Mayya Anshuman Singh Abhimanyu Saxena Bhavik Rathod Manmeet Singh Akali Scaler Yash Dandavate

🚨 Rethink your demos. Now. Here's why and how.I've seen countless tech founders stuck in the 'more features, better demo' trap. Wrong move. Here's a wake-up call: Your demo's not an Oscars night for your product. It's a surgical strike.💡 Shift focus: It's not what your product does; it’s what problem it solves for them. Drill into this.1️⃣ Start with their pain points, not your features. Quick Qs: What's costing them money or time? What impact does that have on their business? What happens if they don't solve it in the next 6 months?2️⃣ Match features to these pains directly. Your widget saves 5 hrs/week? Show that. Forget the rest.3️⃣ Close with a question, not a show-off. Ask, "How would solving X impact your day?" not "Cool, right?"Your demo should feel like a 1-on-1 problem solver, not a feature parade. We did this at LevelJump (acquired by Salesforce), Proposify, and Savio Technology Inc and doubled our win rates.🔥 Bold but true: Overdo features and watch their eyes glaze over. Keep it tight, relevant, problem-focused, and watch engagement skyrocket.#SalesProcess #TechFounder #Startups #productdemo

Time flies! 🚀When I started Talksoon.com, here’s what I didn’t have:🔹A website🔹A logo🔹A name🔹A domain (I was using my personal Gmail)🔹A contract🔹A pricing modelBUT, with just a simple prototype, I managed to bring on many beta testers from different industries to test the solution. Conclusion: When you're thinking of starting a business, build an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and test it ASAP. Forget everything else. You don’t need a fancy logo or a website right away. What you really need is a deep understanding of a problem, the ability to provide real value to customers, and at least one person who believes in you enough to make that first purchase. (for those interested, here's the story of our first client : https://lnkd.in/g7hN8QNU ❤️ Jimmy-Jacques Houle)Fall in love with the problem, not the solution. Can't wait to see how our solution evolves in the coming years!

Lacework ($200M/year in revenue) is getting acquired for ~$200M. It was worth $8.3B 2 years ago.The VC startup market is cracking. This is the golden era to be buying distressed VC-assets and turning them into cash-flowing machines.Go out there and buy some companies. They are cheaper than you think. It's deal time.--My team put together a free 5 day email course on building a company without investors using the "ACP funnel" around building internet audiences/communities.If that's your thing, you can grab it below:https://lnkd.in/eYnzEi9B

🚀 How a Simple Idea Skyrocketed Dropbox's Success and What We Can Learn from It! 💡 I remember learning about Dropbox's growth strategy. 💡 It was a lightbulb moment for me. In startups, we're often told to think big, but small, creative ideas can have the biggest impact. Dropbox didn’t have a massive marketing budget or a legion of salespeople. What they had was belief in their product and a clever strategy: turning users into advocates with a simple referral program. Offer extra storage for every referral—simple, effective, and it worked. 📈 At Fanera, we aim to create a community where every football fan feels valued and each interaction adds value. ⚽️ Dropbox’s story shows that creativity and community can make a big impact without a huge budget. 🚀 What's a creative solution that worked for you? Share your story below! 👇💬 #Startups #Entrepreneurship #SuccessStories #Innovation #CommunityBuilding
